Provider and scope

These supplemental terms describe Vertexx's local workout planning and manual tracking. Vertexx is provided by Alawonn, based in Indiana, USA. Contact: yo@vertexx.fit. These terms do not promise access to future services.

Apple's standard end-user license agreement applies to the iOS app unless a valid custom agreement is separately supplied. Mandatory consumer rights remain in effect.

Use and exercise guidance

Use Vertexx for lawful personal workout planning and recording. You are responsible for the information you enter and for using the app appropriately for your circumstances. Vertexx is intended for people aged 13 and older; users under 18 should have a parent or guardian review these terms.

Exercise illustrations and descriptions provide general information. They are not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or professional form assessment. Choose exercises and intensity appropriate to your ability, seek qualified guidance when needed, and stop if you feel pain or unwell. No fitness result or injury prevention is guaranteed.

Local features and your records

Workout planning and tracking work on your device without an online account or subscription.

Your workout records remain yours. Keep independent backups before uninstalling, clearing storage or moving devices. Backup exports contain profile and workout information and are not encrypted by Vertexx. Protect copies and choose recipients carefully. Support cannot recover records never supplied or independently backed up. See the Privacy Policy for data handling.

Rights and external services

Vertexx branding and original materials belong to their owners. Third-party code, fonts and artwork retain their licenses; the app provides artwork credits and notices. These terms do not restrict rights granted by those licenses. Do not upload, stream or share material without the necessary rights. External websites, file services and email services have their own terms.

Updates, support and responsibility

Features and compatibility may change through updates. For help, see Support. No fixed response-time or uptime guarantee is made. To the extent allowed by law, the app is provided as available without a promise to be error-free or meet every training need. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Revised terms will carry a new effective date; material changes will be communicated as legally required.
