Privacy Policy

Scope and provider

This policy covers the Vertexx mobile workout planner and tracker and the vertexx.fit website. Vertexx is provided by Alawonn, based in Indiana, USA. Privacy questions and requests: yo@vertexx.fit.

Your mobile app data

Vertexx stores the name you give it, your workouts, planned dates and times, exercises, sets, reps, weights, workout times, history, unfinished workouts and settings on your device. You don't need an online account to plan or log workouts.

The current local app does not automatically send these records or your local name to Vertexx servers. It has no advertising trackers and does not sell your local workout records.

Backups and sharing you choose

You can export a backup through Files, the system share sheet, the clipboard or an email composer. Exported JSON contains profile and workout information and is not encrypted by Vertexx. You choose the destination and recipient. Email, cloud storage, clipboard sync and device backups may retain or transmit copies under your settings and those services' policies. Import reads a file you select to restore supported records locally.

Website, links and support

vertexx.fit is hosted by Vercel. Website requests disclose connection information such as an IP address, requested page and browser information to Vercel for delivery and security, under Vercel's policies. The website has no advertising or analytics integration and sets no tracking cookies.

Artwork and license links open other websites. Those sites receive connection information under their own policies. Contacting support supplies the message, email address and any files you deliberately send. Avoid sending private workout backups unless necessary and intended. Support email is handled by our email provider, Purelymail. We keep support messages only as long as needed to answer them and handle follow-up, then delete them.

Apple processes App Store, device-backup, crash and TestFlight information under its terms and your settings. If you choose to share crash reports or diagnostics with developers, Apple may make them available to us; we use them only to fix problems.

Keeping and removing records

Local records remain until you change or remove them through available features or remove the app's data. On iOS, Delete App removes local app data; Offload App retains documents and data. Copies in Files, email, the clipboard and cloud or device backups must be managed separately. Vertexx cannot recover a lost local database from its servers. Save a backup before deleting the app or moving devices.

Security, audience and requests

Vertexx uses local app storage and device protections. It does not add application-level encryption to local databases or backup JSON. Protect your device and exported files; no storage or transfer method guarantees absolute security.

Vertexx is intended for people aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information we hold, such as support emails. Write to yo@vertexx.fit. Records stored only on your device cannot be read or erased by us remotely. Revisions will carry a new effective date.
